We had a wonderful stay at The Cottage in Leeds. The location was perfect for us, as we wanted to explore the nearby attractions and visit family. Despite being on a farm, it was conveniently close to everything. The cottage itself was warm, cosy, and exceptionally clean. Leanne, our host, was absolutely fantastic and made sure that everything was to our liking. It offered privacy but was still easily accessible if we needed anything. We would definitely recommend this place to our loved ones and would love to stay here again.
Couldn't recommend this hotel more.

What a gem of a cottage! The rooms were spacious and beautifully decorated, with a lovely feature such as beams in the main bedroom. The welcome we received was warm and friendly, and the cottage was clean and well-maintained. One of the best aspects was the location. Situated on a farm overlooking fields, it provided a peaceful and tranquil atmosphere. Additionally, the cottage was conveniently located close to Leeds, yet still had a countryside feel. Another advantage was the pet-friendly policy, which allowed us to bring our furry friends along for the trip.
While our stay was largely enjoyable, there were a couple of minor drawbacks. the noise from the dogs in the early morning was a bit disruptive.

We stayed at this charming cottage for a few nights and it was perfect for our needs. The location was ideal, with easy access to Leeds by car and close proximity to the M1 and M62. The cottage itself was spacious and felt like a home away from home. The host was welcoming and provided all the necessary amenities, including blankets, towels, and a well-equipped kitchen. The thoughtful touch of providing milk, coffee, tea, biscuits, and beans was greatly appreciated. The cottage was also conveniently close to the city, yet far enough away to enjoy some peace and quiet. We would definitely consider staying here again in the future!
Can't recommend this hotel highly enough.

We appreciated the welcome pack with tea, milk, biscuits, and cereal upon arrival. The location, despite being close to a major city, felt rural and peaceful. The friendly and helpful host made our stay even more enjoyable. I highly recommend this wonderful cottage.
There were a couple of minor drawbacks during our stay. The bathroom being upstairs may be inconvenient for guests sleeping downstairs.

The Cottage was a delightful stay, full of charm and character. The accommodation was clean, comfortable, and had all the necessary amenities. The host, Leaan, was incredibly helpful and went above and beyond to ensure a pleasant stay. The surrounding views over the fields were breathtaking. I highly recommend this place.
The shower pressure could have been better, but given that it's a cottage, it wasn't a major issue. Additionally, the access to the bathroom through the main bedroom may be inconvenient for guests in the downstairs bedroom.

The location is great, being on the outskirts of the city yet close enough to easily access Leeds. the rooms are a good size with plenty of wardrobe space. the downstairs bedroom is beautifully decorated and clean. the kitchen is well-equipped and the fridge is stocked with milk and butter. the heating was on, keeping the cottage warm and cozy.
It would have been nice to have an area on the farm to exercise our dogs, instead of having to walk to a nearby park.

The Cottage exceeded our expectations with its spacious and well-equipped interiors. The host gave us a warm Yorkshire welcome, offering us tea, milk, and biscuits upon arrival. The rooms were much larger than depicted in the website photos, and the heating system kept us cozy throughout our stay. The kitchen with dining area was a nice touch. We enjoyed the rural location, with pleasant walks to the local park and woods, while still being just a short 10-minute drive to Central Leeds.
There were a few minor suggestions for improvement. It would have been nice to have coffee provided, as there was already tea, sugar, and milk available.
